Here's how you make it.
Ingredients:
- 3 Onions, chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1kg Chicken breast, cubed
- 3 Peppers, chopped
- 2tbs Marmalade
- 2tbs Cider vinegar
- 1ltr Kinnie
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onions, chopped
- Basmati rice
How to make it:
1. Fry the onions and garlic in a pot and then add the peppers.
2. Add the chicken and fry until cooked.
3. Add the marmalade, cider and Kinnie and bring to a boil.
4. Lower to medium heat and cook until reduced.
Serve with basmati rice and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
