500g chicken breast - sliced
800ml BBQ Sauce
500ml Kinnie
Brioche buns

How to make it:

1. Mix the Kinnie and bbq sauce in a cast-iron pot.
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to the sauce.
3. Cook in the oven for 2 hours at 180C
4. Pull apart with a fork and add a bit more sauce if the pulled chicken looks a bit dry.
Serve on brioche buns with a side of coleslaw.
