Here's how you make it.
You’ll need:
- 6 Mint leaves
- 1 Star anise
- 4 Orange wedges
- 1 shot white rum
- Kinnie
- Ice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Muddle mint and 1 orange wedge in a glass.
Add another two wedges and the brown sugar and muddle again
Add ice and pour over the rum.
Top up with Kinne and garnish with the remaining orange wedge.
